Convert Visio to PDF
A reliable 2-step process to convert your Visio diagrams into high-quality PDF files, entirely offline.
1 In Microsoft Visio
First, you need to export your diagram as a high-quality image.
Open your diagram in Microsoft Visio.
Go to File > Export > Change File Type.
Under "Graphic File Types", choose PNG (Portable Network Graphics) for the best quality, then click Save As.
Save the exported PNG image to your computer.
